One Year Further · Building for a Global Future
Parrot Intellectual Property · One-Year Milestone of Our International Business Development
A year ago, we began looking beyond what was familiar.
It has not been a story of overnight success. It has been a year of learning new markets, building new capabilities, solving practical problems and turning ideas into systems that can actually work.
For an intellectual property company, going global is not simply about adding an English website or reaching clients in another country.
It starts with building the capability to serve businesses across borders.
Over the past year, we established our Hong Kong company and gradually built the foundations required for international business — from a dedicated business presence and financial infrastructure to cross-border collaboration and service delivery.
This is not the finish line. It is a new starting point.
1. From Protecting IP to Enabling Better Business Decisions
Intellectual property has always been at the heart of what we do.
But as our clients expand into new markets, we have come to see IP from a broader perspective.
Trademark protection does not begin when an application is filed. It begins much earlier — when a company chooses a name, selects its products and services, enters a new market, or evaluates a new business opportunity.
These are business decisions, and IP is part of those decisions.
Protect IP. Defend Dreams.
Make Every Business Decision with Greater Confidence.
Our evolution is therefore not simply a change of words. It reflects a broader capability we are building for our clients.
2. Globalization Is a Capability, Not a Slogan
International business requires more than ambition. It requires infrastructure.
01 | Global Payment Capability
Cross-border business needs practical ways to receive and settle payments.
As international cooperation grows, we are building more flexible financial and operational capabilities so that business relationships, service delivery and commercial settlement can connect more smoothly across markets.
02 | Global Delivery Capability
Finding an international client is only the beginning.
The real test is whether a company can understand different market requirements and consistently deliver professional services.
We are therefore continuing to build the data, processes, workflows and professional capabilities required to support IP services across jurisdictions.
03 | From the Greater Bay Area to the World
Based in the Greater Bay Area · Serving Global Markets
The Greater Bay Area is our foundation, not our boundary.
We want to support Chinese companies expanding internationally, while also creating a professional bridge for businesses seeking opportunities connected to China and global markets.
3. AI Is Becoming Part of How We Work
Over the past year, artificial intelligence has transformed the way software is built. For us, that was only the beginning.
We first adopted AI as a development tool. But practical experience quickly showed us something more important:
AI becomes truly valuable when it moves beyond software development and into everyday business.
01 | AI-Assisted IP Search and Risk Analysis
We are combining AI with intellectual property data to assist with trademark search, information analysis and risk identification.
We are also exploring how trademark-law rules and business context can be incorporated into AI-assisted assessment, helping professionals identify potential issues earlier in the decision-making process.
02 | Smarter Product and Service Selection
Trademark strategy is closely connected to what a business intends to sell, provide and develop.
We are exploring AI-assisted analysis of goods and services, combining business information with IP data to help clients make more informed choices when planning their trademark portfolios.
03 | Intelligent Document and Identity Data Capture
Business services often involve repetitive data entry from identification documents, corporate records and other materials.
AI-assisted recognition can extract structured information and reduce unnecessary manual entry, allowing our teams to spend more time on work that requires professional judgment.
04 | From Forms to Documents
We are connecting structured business forms with automated document generation.
Instead of repeatedly preparing the same documents manually, information can flow from the business process into standardized materials, with professionals remaining responsible for review and final judgment.
05 | Self-Service and Proactive Guidance
AI is also becoming part of our self-service experience — helping users prepare information, understand processes, identify potential issues and receive timely guidance.
AI improves information processing and efficiency.
People remain responsible for judgment, accountability and complex decisions.
4. We Are Not Building More Apps. We Are Building More Capability.
We do not measure our progress simply by the number of websites or applications we have built.
Web, mobile and other interfaces are simply different ways for people to access the same underlying capabilities.
What matters is what sits beneath them: intellectual property data, business workflows, AI capabilities, professional knowledge and customer service.
Like a well-designed software platform, each new capability should make the next one easier to build.
Our goal is to turn individual business needs into capabilities the company can keep and build upon.
5. The Beginning Is Difficult. The Real Work Is the Climb.
There are many things worth celebrating this year.
But we also know that meaningful growth rarely happens in a straight line.
New markets require learning. New services require rebuilding. New technology requires experimentation. Legacy systems require difficult decisions. And new capabilities need to be tested in real business situations.
Not everything worked on the first attempt.
That is part of building something real.
Growth is not always about catching the next wave.
Sometimes it is simply about continuing to build when there is no wave at all.
We are still climbing.
There is pressure, but there is also progress. There are unanswered questions, but there are also more problems we know how to solve than we did a year ago.
6. In the AI Era, Everyone Can Build New Capabilities
AI should not belong only to engineers.
Business teams can use AI to organize information, understand customer needs, explore product and service choices, prepare business materials and identify potential risks.
Technology teams can use AI across development, testing, analysis and maintenance.
Management can use AI to process information faster, understand operations more clearly and identify issues earlier.
AI is not simply replacing tasks.
It is changing what people are capable of doing.
We encourage every member of our team to learn, experiment and bring AI into their own work — not as a trend, but as a practical capability.
7. Thank You for Trusting Us and Walking With Us
No company grows alone.
We are grateful to every client who has trusted Parrot, to our partners and professional communities, and to everyone who has offered advice, support and cooperation along the way.
We are equally grateful to the people who work with us every day.
Behind every improved workflow, every solved problem and every new capability are many small decisions and countless hours of work.
We do not want to turn this journey into an effortless success story.
Real growth comes with pressure, uncertainty, patience and persistence.
8. From Here, We Keep Moving Forward
One year is a milestone, not a conclusion.
Our international journey is still at an early stage. The intersection of AI and intellectual property continues to open new possibilities, and the digital transformation of professional services still has a long way to go.
We will continue to invest in professional expertise, technology, data, AI and global delivery capabilities.
Our ambition is simple: to help businesses make better-informed decisions as they build brands, protect intellectual property and explore new markets.
There is still a long road ahead.
We may not know every destination yet.
But we know why we are moving forward.
Stay curious. Stay practical. Stay patient.
Build through change. Learn through difficulty.
And turn today's work into tomorrow's capabilities.
Protect IP. Defend Dreams.
Make Every Business Decision with Greater Confidence.
