鹦鹉知识产权有限公司（外文名：PARROT IPC），成立于 2018 年 4 月 17 日，隶属于鹦鹉知识产权集团（简称：鹦鹉知识产权），统一社会信用代码 91442000MA51JQFN5G。总部位于中山市。我们组织开发及运营“鹦鹉知产网”（含 APP、iOS、Android、微信小程序、H5 与 PC 网页版）。公安备案号：44200002445456；备案/许可证号：粤ICP备2024162506号-5。

Parrot Intellectual Property Co., Ltd. (“PARROT IPC”), founded on Apr 17, 2018, under PARROT IP Group (Unified Social Credit Code: 91442000MA51JQFN5G). HQ:Zhongshan, China. We develop and operate “Yingwu IP Network” across APP/iOS/Android/WeChat Mini Program/H5/PC. Public Security Record: 44200002445456; ICP Record: 粤ICP备2024162506号-5.

二、我们收集的信息 / Information We Collect

我们可能收集：账号信息（手机号/登录凭证）、位置信息（需授权）、设备与应用信息（如设备型号、系统版本、IMEI/Android ID/IDFA/OAID、SIM IMSI、IP、语言、网络状态）、联系人/相机/存储/电话/麦克风/媒体/系统设置等权限（均需您授权后方可使用相应功能）、诊断日志（崩溃/性能/启动）、订单与服务数据等。

We may collect: account data (phone/credentials), location (with permission), device & app data (model, OS, IMEI/Android ID/IDFA/OAID, SIM IMSI, IP, language, network), permissions (contacts/camera/storage/phone/microphone/media/system settings as granted), diagnostics (crash/performance/startup), and order/service data.

三、我们如何使用信息 / How We Use Information

• 提供与维护产品/服务，处理订单、支付、物流与售后，风控与安全；
• 优化性能，修复故障，提升用户体验；
• 在取得同意或符合法律的前提下，发送服务通知与营销信息；
• 履行法律法规与监管要求。

我们仅为实现必要功能而集成以下 SDK；具体收集与处理范围以其官方政策为准。/ We integrate the SDKs below only as needed; see the official policies for exact processing scope.

注：我们仅在取得必要同意时初始化非必要 SDK；您可在系统设置撤回权限，但可能影响相关功能。
Note: Non-essential SDKs are initialized after consent where required. You can revoke OS permissions; features may be affected.

五、OAID 说明 / OAID Notice

我们可能使用 OAID 用于统计、风控与安全；OAID 不直接识别自然人；您可在设备设置中限制相关追踪。

We may use OAID for statistics, risk control, and security. OAID does not directly identify a natural person; you can limit related tracking in device settings.

六、存储与共享 / Storage & Sharing

信息按实现业务与法律要求的最短期限保存，届满删除或匿名化；采取传输加密、访问控制与最小授权等措施；不出售个人信息，必要时与受托处理者/依法机关共享。

Data is retained for the minimum period required for business/legal purposes, then deleted/anonymized. We use encryption in transit, access control, and least privilege. No sale of personal data; sharing only with processors or authorities when required.

七、您的权利 / Your Rights

您可行使：访问、复制、更正、删除、限制处理、撤回同意、反对处理等权利；我们将在法定时限内反馈。

You may exercise rights of access, copy, correction, deletion, restriction, objection, and withdrawal of consent; we will respond within statutory timeframes.

八、账户注销 / Account Deletion

路径：APP「我的-设置-注销账户」；或致电 0760-88888345；或邮件 kf@yingwu.net。
前提：无未完成订单/纠纷、无余额/积分/虚拟资产等，且为本人真实意愿并已备份数据。
后果：注销后无法恢复，关联数据删除或匿名化（法定留存除外）。

Path: Me → Settings → Delete Account; or call +86-760-88888345; or email kf@yingwu.net.
Conditions: no pending orders/disputes, no remaining balance/points/virtual assets, genuine intent, and data backup done.
Consequences: irreversible; associated data deleted/anonymized except for legal retention.

九、儿童信息 / Children’s Data

本服务面向成人/企业用户；如发现未成年人在未获监护人同意情况下提供数据，请联系我们删除。

Services target adults/business users. If a minor’s data was provided without guardian consent, contact us for deletion.

十一、政策变更 / Changes to This Policy

如有更新，我们将在 APP 内通过弹窗或公告提示；若您不同意，请停止使用本服务。

We will notify updates in-app (pop-up/announcement). If you disagree, please stop using the Service.

十 A、AI 功能补充说明（DeepSeek） / 10A. AI Feature Addendum (DeepSeek)

1. 使用范围 / Scope：当您启用“品牌解读/使用展示创意/说服购买理由”等 AI 功能时，我们仅会将完成该功能所需的最小必要业务字段（如商标名称/类别/注册号/公开描述等）通过加密通道发送至 DeepSeek API 获取结果。
   When you enable AI features, we transmit only the minimum necessary business fields (e.g., trademark name/class/registration/public scope) via encrypted channel to the DeepSeek API to obtain results.
2. 最小化与脱敏 / Minimization & De-identification：不发送登录密码、支付信息、身份证件照等敏感个人信息；如输入中包含可识别信息，将尽量去标识化。
   No passwords/payment IDs/ID photos are sent; inputs that may identify a person are minimized and de-identified where feasible.
3. 跨境处理 / Cross-border：DeepSeek 可能在境外服务器处理数据；我们将按法律采取合同安排与安全保障，并在必要时征得您的单独同意。
   DeepSeek may process data overseas; we adopt contractual and security safeguards and obtain separate consent where required.
4. 存储期限 / Retention：平台侧仅保留最小必要操作日志（通常不超过 30 天）；到期删除或匿名化，除非为合规或争议处理需要。
   We keep minimal operational logs (typically ≤30 days) then delete/anonymize unless required for compliance or disputes.
5. 训练与复用 / Training & Reuse：除非法律或您另行明确同意，不将您的业务数据授权为通用模型训练语料。
   No use of your business data for general model training unless required by law or expressly consented by you.
6. 生成内容提示 / AI Output Notice：AI 输出可能不准确或过时，仅供参考，不构成法律意见或交易承诺；以官方公告/证书与合同为准。
   AI outputs may be inaccurate or outdated; for reference only and not legal or transactional advice. Official gazettes/certificates and contracts prevail.
7. 关闭与撤回 / Opt-out：您可在“商标详情页 > AI 面板”或“我的–设置–隐私与安全–AI 功能”随时关闭；亦可通过 zsweisida@qq.com / 0760-88888314 申请撤回。
   Disable anytime in Trademark Detail > AI panel or Me–Settings–Privacy & Security–AI Feature; or email/call to withdraw.

重要提示：本政策旨在清晰说明数据处理实践并满足审核/合规披露需求；如与强制性法律规定不一致，以法律规定为准。/ This Policy aims to clarify data practices and meet compliance disclosure needs; where inconsistent with mandatory law, the law prevails.
